Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the App Store or payment provider, as well as any additional policies outlined within the app.

The assessments and results provided by VizScore are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. VizScore is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties
VizScore provides vision assessments and training tools "as is" and without any warranty or guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the assessments will meet your requirements or expectations, or that they will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from your use of VizScore.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall VizScore or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of VizScore or the assessments and training features offered through the app.
